Knitting is the New Yoga...

Okay, knitting really isn't the new yoga, but it is what I've been doing lately. Knitting hasn't replaced yoga, but it's a great way for me to relax and "zone out" at the end of the day. I also get to wear or give away the stuff I knit, so I get to enjoy the creation after the creative process is done.
I haven't been blogging much, but do plan to get back to it soon. I have to post an update on yoga teacher training, and maybe I'll share some of my knitting projects. I have to tell the story of the seven-year scarf.

Knitting is wonderfully, playfully creative. I got into the latch-hook rug thing when I was a kid. It becomes very meditative. Tell us about the seven-year scarf!
